1. Absolutely Yes 2. My college has very good infrastructure, it consists of smart boards, proper chair and tables, very excellent faculty. Construction has been done keeping environment in mind. The atmosphere is very good. 3. It has all the amenities which is required to be in college.
1. Currently I am pursuing Masters in Political Science. I have a keen interest in this subject. Before coming here, I was very tensed about the faculty and the way of teaching. But after coming, I am very satisfied with the level of teaching. I have got the best teachers and I think I couldn't get better than this. 2. Everything is on time. We are updated with new and recent study materials and standard articles from Oxford. This is preparing us for our better future.
1. Till now I have not got a chance to sit in placement cell. But would love to be a part of it. 2. Many students from my faculty have been placed in many universities and they are earning handsome amout.
1. My course cost 12000 rupees. And it is worth the value of money. 2. The level of teaching, and materials is the best here.
1. It is constructed keeping in mind the nature. 2. The staff here is very nice. They talk with us very politely and teachers here are the best. I would love to recommend everyone to study here. This will make their base strong.
I would love to recommend that if Students are getting admission here, they must accept it. It will give you a strong base for future prospects.
The infrastructure of vasanta college for women is good. The infrastructure is as per the requirements of the students. Since the college is very old so it's infrastructure in some areas reflect it's glorious history.
The professors in this college are highly qualified, and masters of their own field. Their knowledge and various academic opportunities provided by the college help a lot in academic excellence as per today's need.
Since this college avails many course inwhich there is no direct placement system but then also there are some courses which are available in this college in which placement is possible. The placement cell of college is also very supportive.
Education fess is affordable.
Campus life is amazing.
It's an amazing college with rich history and good academics.
I love the nature friendly campus we have. Toilets are not clean as expected. Canteen also doesn't have much healthy food items. I live in college hostel, facilities are good but too many restrictions because of the area around our hostel.
My department, Ancient Indian History Culture and Archaeology have great professors and they gave us many opportunities to learn about our course more. We had many workshops which were really helpful for our career. I'm from South India, so I would like some of our professors to explain things in bilingual.
About placements, we did get many notices about this but I never got to find any which I was interested and I never saw much of this in our college. Maybe I am wrong about this because I'm still not aware of many things in our college.
We have been spending a lot in this college other than our fees. As I'm staying in college hostel, the hostel fee includes transportation fee in it but from last year we never got any transportation facilities and we have been spending 10 rupees per day for auto to travel back and forth to college and our hostel (phase 2). The area is extremely unsafe that we can't go by walking.
About campus life, I'm not sure how I'm feeling. I didn't have much of a campus life in this college and the culture here for most functions and programmes are too traditional.
Infrastructure is overall good, it has overall necessary facilities like free wifi in every block, drinking water, smart board. Hygiene totally depends on how people maintain it. Stationary, fruit corner, canteen is inside the college which are helpful for most of the students.
Syllabus needs to be updated. Some teachers need to leave ego beside and teach properly. Some of them are good but some of them are too egoistic. Coming to the good points, enough books are available in the library which is very helpful. Some different clubs are also there which one can join easily.
Placement cell is really poor. It doesn't guide the students properly. Many students don't updates about any placement and the company invited are not aligned with students carrier aspirations. No efforts are made to groom students for interviews.
Fee depends on you course and how your department helps you with syllabus completion, extra curricular, personality development. Although college's fee is low, but the hostel of the college is very expensive according to the "facilities" they provide. They don't even had a wifi in the hostel which was very disturbing for the students.
Only best thing in the college is Ganga flowing in the backwards that one can enjoy and it is really peaceful when nobody's around you. You can listen to the birds chirping and you can also see peacocks oftentimes and there is also open classroom under the sky. But students need to maintain hygiene in washrooms.
College starts to work efficiently and rapidly when there is a NAAC visit in the college. Mainly everything happened during the visit.
It's good but not as much as I had expected as compared to BHU main campus but I like it. Nowadays constructions are going on but they need to improve and maintain washroom as it is women's college and it should be hygienic.
The professors are very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am really very satisfied that I am pursuing my master's from Vasanta. The materials they use and interact with students, it is very easy for us to clear our doubts
I don't know about placement cell of Vasanta as I have not done my graduation from here and field is also not related to management studies. But they should impose placement facility. Students should get placement on the basis of their percentage obviously!!
Yes ofcourse. The fees is affordable. The fees is very convenient aa compared to other different organisations. And overall it is government college fees is very reasonable.
Nice greenary and atmospheric weather makes me feel so good as it is on the bank of river Ganga .
College should organise different types of educational tours and also should improve canteen facility. Washroom facility should be hygienic
Infrastructure of this college is soo beautiful and interesting beacuse this college is very old since 1903 so it's natural and greenery based so overall my personal review for Infrastructure is sooo good.
Academics is soo good faculty members of this college is experienced and have mastery in their respective subject and focus on academics growth of students supportive faculty members are there in college.
Placement cell of this college is not soo good don't work well for students Placement and they don't give correct guidance regarding placements and interview so students do not have any guidance regarding this.
The college has accessibility for everyone in infrastructure and has a beautiful campus and everything, there's not much problems with it, it could be better but it's great and I have personally never encountered problems
There's a great academic atmosphere with a library equipped with many books and a computer lab and the professors are amazing and guide the students really well, there's a great atmosphere to study over all.
The placement cell is great too and does avail a number of facilities for students although it could be better and can do more in terms of grabbing opportunities for students and providing them better career opportunities.
The fees is nominal and facilities are accordingly although the hostel can be a bit expensive and may have some problems according to some students like a strict curfew and dress code rules otherwise everything is fine.
The beautiful campus right beside the ghat is peaceful and beautiful, it's a scenic view everyday with a view of the river and plenty greenery alongside. The campus life is great, along with the academics.
College is on the edge of Namo Ghat and there are open classrooms also modern classroom facilities available. Library Gym and sports facilities available. The atmosphere of the college is very enviornment friendly and ethereal and being able to reside and live beside ganga is another beautiful experience!
Professor are amazing, very well read and overall quality of academics I would say is Excellent and all the professors are extremely passionate about their subject and into skill based teaching! Department like English department is excellent and political science department is excellent!
Placement are quite good but mainly depends upon skill set of the student. But yes, they can work upon the placement cell development. Lacks good contacts and placement guidance and opportunities for children!
Absolutely!
Everything one can ask for!
Infrastructure is greenery , classes are huge and modern having projectors. Washroom are clean , building are huge sitting place are wide . Academics are good , good teachers and are efficient. Placement are less .
Academics are good . Proper classes ,student career oriented programmes ,seminars, webinars, events, functions are organised regularly. Proper library ,good books and eminent teacher, confident students are the backbone.
Placement are less. The quality of Placement is very low. Placement rate is very low. Highest package offered is of 4 lakh per annum . The Placement process is east and pleasant. The college professor are very supportive.
The campus facilities are good, and the washrooms are neat and clean. Labs are not well-equipped, with very few pieces of equipment in the labs. There is no hostel on campus, as the college campus is very spacious . Their you have to live in PG or a hostel near the college. Their hostel facility is not that good.
Courses offered - the college offers undergraduate & postgraduate programmes in arts , social science, and commerce, as well as diploma & certificate courses . Quality of Education - known for its ambience.
Placements There were no placement available there students have to face problem regarding their studies. They didn't provide sort of opportunities as well as they are not supportive. Their faculty is not up to the mark.
Campus life is very boaring & they didn't even involve us in any kind of fun & cultural activities. Their approach is very traditional .
