Infrastructure of my college is nice as it was designed by Dutch. My college was established in 1863 by dutch so, the infrastructure is very old designed but overall it looks good but washroom is not available everywhere and where it is present, student faces problem to reach there.
Academic was not up to the mark like before, it was considered equivalent to Oxford when it was established but now a days it do not provide that quality of education. There were not any engaging activity they only provide cclassroom study.
There were no placement available there students have to face problem regarding this there will not be any assurity of job. They only provide degree and do not take responsibility of providing job which create problems for student.
As it was government college so the fees were very low anyone can afford to study there.
Campus life were not that much fascinating acording to the demand of today's students.
The college has a badminton court, a basketball court and a gym which the students can use whenever they want. The college can have more clean restrooms. They could also improve the condition and quantity of books in the library but my department has books that are good in condition and my teachers let me borrow them. They have well- paced Wi-Fi facilities.
I'm doing M.A. in in English Literature and I have fantastic teachers who are not only well-versed not in the academics and in equipping students with knowledge but also encouraging them to participate in workshops, colloquium, seminars etc
I don't believe the college invite many companies for placements. According to me placement is nill they don't specially focus on students placement. So if you want to be placed by the end of your degree so you have to work on your own
My second year costs 11,500 and as I've already mentioned the quality of teaching I will very well say I'm getting my money's worth.
The campus life is excellent. One could mesmerize themselves with the view of Ganga river and study, chat with their friends. Have friendly talk with their professors, clear their doubts regarding academics.
Infrastructure is good in terms of academics and co curricular activities. Student hostel though needs certain improvements due to it's location. Many a times students face transportation issue which is a concern specially if one has late classes.
The classes for depends on the subject a student opts for. Classes takes place on regular basis. Teaching quality is upto the mark. But if we talk from the perspective of jobs the curriculum needs slight changes.
Placements are a serious issue as no attention is paid towards internship programs. This one field needs serious attention. Only few placements have been made till now. The placement process was very time taking and tiring.
The amount paid for courses is not very high and in particular subjects it is worth it
College organises various cultural programmes for holistic development of students. Apart from this many seminars, workshops and interactive sessions are organised for students to help them in their respective fields.
College infrastructure is very nice and impressive. This college focus on greenry and natural environment. Total campus is covered mostly with trees and some asthetic things. The whole campus is way to connect with nature.
In academics this college is no doubt excellent. They focus on academics more rather than other activities. Faculty is very good they mostly focus on enhancing students knowledge and encouraging students in participating in academic events.
This college is good but this placement thing is not nice here. They donot focus on placements and the placement cell not works well enough. If you want to be placed by the end of your degree completion you have to do on your own for placements.
This college is good only for academics if you to enjoy your college life like concents and all here all these things are bit boring.
Campus is also nice.
My has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. Like we have a big common library and department Library too. Our college infrastructure includes all the facilities like of gym, medical, hostel is on distance but it is best, smart classes are done frequently and mostly, good wifi facilities, good access to computer lab, canteen, fruit stall. We get quality education as my college is established under the privilege of Banaras Hindu University and Krishna Murthy foundation. The location is Beautiful because of the greenery and the river side view. Food hygiene is maintained and cleanliness is good. Over all my experience is great till now .
Currently I'm persuing Masters in Economics from Vasant college under the privilege of Banaras Hindu University. This college provides quality education and professors are well qualified and so helpful. Our college curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. We get so many orientation program and add-on course done. Yes, I feel what ever I'm studying here is making me job ready.
As I'm the placement cell coordinator of BHU representing my college. I feel there has been the quality of placement at our college. Almost good amount of students are placed every year in known companies with good salaries. The highest salary package was of 35lakh per annum to one of my senior of the course MBA. Average salary is off 3 to 4 lpa. Yes, the placement process easy and pleasant for every student being the coordinator I assure because we often look after and assist the HRs. Yes, my college is very supportive.
My experience in this college is so good . It provides quality education with best view of campus as it is placed river side with lots of greenery. This college provides so many opportunities to students.
Campus environment is favourable . Sports ground, library, gym, auditorium and separate classes are available. It is located riverside so it's full of greenery and soothing view as well . Hygiene is good.
Currently I'm pursuing social science honours. The faculty is dedicated . It seems to be like next to school. Many new cources are available if you want to enroll. Although the syllabus is not updated.
Not that much placements. But quality of education is good ...............................................................................................................................................
I enrolled through cuet . It included admission charges around 2500 and than 7200 was fees for the 1st semester. It will increase from 2nd semester. Overall it is worth . Can enroll in fitness program and many such other courses as well for extra knowledge.
Campus is really beautiful. Many such events are hosted by the student's committie. If you want hostel than keep in mind that it includes some restrictions as well for security purpose. It is safe place...
Vasanta college for women has the best infrastructure located in the green meadows. It has a big library where students can easily access the books. There is a canteen big enough for the students to meet their hunger and timely cravings. Equipments such as gym, smart boards, conference hall is provided for a better academic culture. The living spaces are clean and the food is healthy.
The college academics are wonderful fostering overall growth of the students with good grades that leads to a holistic approach. Also, it provides a very good atmosphere for the students to study well.
The placement cell of the college is very coordinating. 70-80% students get placed in small and big multinational companies. Good salary and placement opportunities are given so that every student can easily excel in life
The college is totally worth of all your money. It will give you the best campus life you are looking for. Students can easily get admission by paying regular fee of 8000 rupees per year. There is a paid seat option too where 10,000 rs is charged extra.
The campus is huge with peacocks running around. Annie Besant as the name says started the college, it looks like a garden and students can easily get the experience of studying earlier as people do in gurukul. There is river Ganga by the college that makes the college serene.
College is nice have great infrastructure. Located on the bank of river Ganga, environment friendly and plastic free, have own badminton court , canteen, rich library and the college has a fruit juice corner.
The college provides a school type academics, each student is paid heed to. Regular conductance of examination s . The curriculum is periodically updated. Several types of internships, job drives are being conducted.
Internships and placement drives are being conducted . Several known companies visits the college to recruit the deserving students. The placement process was easy involving three group interactions and one personal interaction.
BA English Honors costed me approx ten thousand per year including the examination fees, admission fees and other fees. The course offered was budget friendly. The money investment was worth the knowledge imparted.
I had the best campus life. The best feature of the college where I spent my majority leisure time was the selfie point besides the river ganga in the college. The college's canteen was also a fun place.
One of the best colleges of BHU.
Yes, my college has all necessary infrastructure/facilities . My college provides bus facilities during exams as well as for normal class , provide wifi facilities , it has lift , it provides girls hostel's with good infrastructure & proper meal With high security . Yes the food court is neat and clear and they maintain hygiene food
I am studying b.com(hons) because I want to go in corporate world. The quality of teaching is good . Yes, the curriculum is updated every year and include all necessary recent development. Yes my study makes me job ready
Quality of placement in my college is zero because my college has placement cell but doesn't provide any placement to students which is the worst thing students have to find intership /job at their own .
I am pursuing b.com (Hons) which cost around 22200 per annum . No I don't think so because they charge huge amount and doesn't provide exposer in different fields or doesn't provides any kind of placement ,doesn't celebrate any festivals or cultural fest .
Yess this college have all the necessary infrastructure and facilities. whole campus is full of wifi, there is library, cyber library, canteen, computer lab, gym, auditorium, open Air theatre, museum, art room, three different building, fruit stall, lift and most important the whole area is situated near the river side and full of Greenery.
I'm studying bcom honrs there and I'm so happy that the professor is also cooperative and most important the classmates they are good. Teaching is also good. All the things is related to BHU curriculum.
This college only have separate placement cell from where so many students got placed from different department. Most of the BA student got placed from the campus but although the BCOM MA students also got placement.
Yes it is value for money the total cost for studying here is 22200 per year
The campus is situated near the namo Ghat and the view is so calm and peaceful as campus got river side view and locality is also good .The auto stand and bus stand is only 5 min from college its completely walking distance.
