Hello,
If you go through the first round of cap list you have chances to get mechanical branch in both the colleges based on your NTB rank. For your reference i have provide you the link.
Hi Leena,
Definitely, you can get a good college at this percentile.
I would suggest you go through the last year cutoffs of the first round of CAP Process on the following link.

Https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/mht-cet-cutoff (For all rounds)
Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, L-Ladies, TFWS, etc), category
(Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc).
It would be easy if you go according to the marks obtained to look for cutoffs.
Best of Luck!

Hey !
You can get admission in VJTI college of mumbai through JEE Marks as well as MHTCET marks. It is a government aided institute and so , it does not have any private exam on its own.
Every year , the college ireleases its cutoffs for both the exams. You can get admission in VJTI by satisfying the cutoffs decided by this college through CAP counselling.
To know more about VJTI , follow the given link :

Hi Gaurav,
There is NO special cutoff for the EWS section in MHT CET counseling.
Rather, the cutoff which is allocated to the General/Open category is used for the EWS category as well.
Both categories are allocated the same cutoff.
Based on 2018 cutoff of COEP and VJTI for General/Open category candidates, you can definitely get the following branches this year-
1. VJTI, Mumbai-
2. COEP, Pune-
You can check the MHT CET 2018 cutoff for all the colleges from the given link-

Hello Harsh,
If you belong to any of the reserved categories then your category rank will be considered for admission.
If you have the certificate to prove that you belong to the reserved category then your category rank will be considered for selection.
However if you do not have the certificate of proof then your state rank will considered, i.e., you will be considered a student of the general category for admission.
You need to present these relevant certificates at the time of document verification.
Hope this helps.
the labs are decent but the equipment's needs to be updated, sometimes you have to share with other students. the classrooms are basic to just do the job. nothing fancy as such. the campus is quite well maintained with lifts in some of the buildings
A big campus with beautiful building and green environment is eco friendly and studying. All the facilities are available in college like labs, sports ground with all the equipment and things are well maintained.
The college do have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment but as the college is very old the infrastructure and the facilities are not upto the mark The entire college has an wifi access to all the student, the college has all the necessary facilities, one of the best is the library
