Physical Facilities

Stock verification such as electrical lab instrument, library books, stationary, furniture, sports equipments are done once in a year. Maintenance of CCTV cameras and LED display. Further, the security guards are outsourced through registered security agency for the campus security.

Academic

In the college we have separate Academic dean and Respective department Dean, HOD’s, faculty members and their attendance maintain the academic records daily. Principal and academic dean supervises and maintains all academic activities of the institution.

Classrooms

All class rooms, bath rooms and college premises and the infrastructural materials are maintained by the non teaching staff. Cleaning service is done by appointed supervisor and scavengers. Scavengers regularly clean the premises and wash all bathrooms daily.

Laboratory

Users register is maintained in the Research Lab to book and use the instruments. Lab-in-charge maintains equipments and clean lab and other equipments. Students can avail Language Lab facilities on rotation basis. The electricians maintain and keep all the electrical instruments and generators and do all other electrical workings. The instruments are calibrated by available electrician, technician and mechanic when it is required. Outsource person and instrument supplier are maintaining the instruments and equipments whenever there is requirement. The college has installed generators to maintain the power supply all the time, Voltage fluctuations are avoided by uninterrupted power supply. The voltage and power supply is regularly checked by the appointed electricians. The arrangement of battery, backup and inverters guard computer accessories for constant power supply.

Support facilities

The RO water plant is established in the premises to supply mineral and purified drinking water. Gardening and watering plants are systematically done with the use of drip irrigation system and sprinklers. Non-regular works such as painting, carpentry, etc. The following steps are taken to make the campus user-conducive: Classroom furniture are checked and repaired regularly.

Sports

Sports room and Play Ground are maintained by physical directors and supporting staff.

Library

The Library works to procure relevant and ample collection of books, journals, online and offline information sources to support all the courses offered in the college. Hence, it allocates an appropriate budget to procure the said source-materials to meet the syllabi of the courses. Every department have separate library and Library is maintained by Assistant Librarian and Attendance. The Library has Biometric attendance for students.

Computers

The college has a well developed system for providing IT facilities to the users. Some of the facilities are as under: In the college both UG and PG classes are Wi-Fi enabled, which can be freely accessed by both the staff and students.

Network

To meet emergencies, we have HEALTH CARE CLINIC attached with each hostel for giving separate staff posted with the H.C.C is provided with beds for observation, emergency & dressing materials for the first aid. Thus a comprehensive health care is provided for all the students.

Modern Printing Press

The college has a Modern Printing Press with the latest printing technology, state-of-the art production equipments and machineries. It handle a wide range of print requirements of the college, students including publications, magazines,, books, Notes and packaging.
