A home away from home is the concept of hostels in VICAS. Hostel facilities ATE VICAS, are provided for students with Excellent accommodation facilities with well-furnished double and four occupancy rooms, a Sprawling and Artistic layout, a Hygienic Kitchen, and Spacious Dining Halls for both undergraduate and postgraduate students separately. The hostel has a common recreation room with a TV which creates a homely atmosphere. The entire hostel is computerized and has 24 hours of internet access through WIFY. The Internet and the Institute enable the students to constantly interact with each other and be connected to the outside world. Students from all parts of the country and abroad congregate here and settle down to a life of ease and comfort without stress or strain. Hostel life inspires students to be flexible and diplomatic and instills in them team spirit and independent thinking. At present more than 3500 students are accommodated in the hostels. The hostels are administered by wardens and they take the utmost care of the students. Every hostel is provided with STD and ISD call services.

The College Library was established in 1995. Our library is kept open from 8.30 am to 7.00 pm without a break. A Book Bank has been opened for weaker sections of students (SC&ST) for their utility. Bar Code Technology was introduced in 2010. Our library now functions in a full-fledged manner and caters to the library needs of students and faculty members. Books and journals are easily accessible to both students and Research Scholars.

The laboratory is available with Plant Tissue culture, Bioprocess, Microbial, and Molecular biology laboratories.

The college has a spacious and grand auditorium with a seating capacity of 5000 students. Many programs, college high-speed festivals, and workshops are luxuriously conducted here. The individual department is having its own A/C Seminar Hall.

The college has canteen facilities and round-the-clock canteen facilities with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food also available to the students. Various other snacks, biscuits, chocolates, ice cream, soft drinks, fresh fruits, juices, etc. are available in the canteen. Apart from this Centralized Department Stores is also available that provides all the stationeries to the students.

The college additionally owns VIVEKANANDA MEDICAL CARE HOSPITAL, which is a multi-specialty hospital. This hospital was mainly established for the welfare of the students studying across the entire institution. Numerous specialties such as General, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Orthopaedics, Neurology, Urology, Dental, Patient counseling, Nutrition and Dietetics, and Blood bank. Pharmacy, Patients fitness center, Diabetics and Pediatrics, Drug information center, etc Ambulance services are provided round the clock to the college students in cases of medical check-ups and emergencies Students are treated with utmost care and hospitality by the doctors and nurses The hostel students are accompanied by staff to the hospital and if necessary for a stay they will escort them.
