The college has all the necessary tools, equipments in lab. In first year of btech, we were provided with physics, chemistry, mechanical, workshops where we had great time. The ambience here is really awesome. College is spacious and evergreen.

I'd say the teaching is average. Yes, every year curriculum gets updated. All the courses are well taught. Teachers and other staff members are always available to help out the students. Various activities are included in the course too.

To this year the placement companies are byfar the best. CSE and IT dept have best placements, 95%+ get placed, averaging about whopping 8-10Lpa. Highest package received is 42Lpa by google. for core domain like electronics, electrical, mechanical and civil , almost 90% of students get placed with average of 5-6 Lpa. College is very supportive n make sure that most of us get placed.

For open category it is 86k per year. It varies for the other categories.

Location of the college is completely safe.

The Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli has excellent academics. I am studying in TY Electronics. The quality of teaching is excellent. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.

The Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli has good placements. The highest salary package offered was 43 LPA and it was offered to Computer science and engineering student. The placement process is very pleasant.

All the departments have well-structured, separate buildings. A huge library with good study rooms is present. The college area is quite huge with lots of greenery and space. All the necessary facilities and equipment are present in the labs and classrooms.

The academics of Walchand College of Engineering is very impressive. The Facilities are very well experienced in their fields. They are always keen to reach out to the students if any difficulty. The curriculum is well designed.

Training programs for placement take place to make the students acquainted with the interviews. There is a good reach of interviewing team in the college. Every year a good amount of students are well placed in renowned companies with a good package.

Actually Infrastructure is good and administration is focusing on to Develop more, still it's not covering available 90 acres of land. Campus do have a jungle which can be extended but in available capital its good

It's Indian Engg, unlike most of other colleges curriculum is good. The more benificial thing is seniors and design of curriculum but it's not implemented. We had subject's like industry institute interaction but never had any lecture.

Yp placement are good. It's more of placement college rather than internship then PPO college, for CSE IT ( i.e. who knows coding ) there are 30 companies offering 8 lpa to 15 lpa on campus, product and service based both . TPO is good and takes care of placement.

Due to covid situation we are unfortunate that we don't have much college life but this is best part of any college, idol library stairs , few places which will be always in memory thinking tree , manju che pohe , ganesh nasta center ( not in campus) are few most loved places

Good college I will surely recommend. We do have many alumni who are industry leaders. A great campus and helping student section. I surely recommend as one of best colleges in Maharashtra. Best and worth.

Walchand college of engineering, Sangli has all the necessary infrastructure and facilities required to excel and enjoy the engineering life. There are no. of classrooms in academic complex, which are quite spacious, well lit. Large no. of labs of various fields are well complemented with sufficient and good quality equipment. Ajit Gulabchand central library is one of the biggest libraries in India ! It has thousands of books of various domains. Sport centers and gym are well developed.

I m currently studying in second year if electronics dept. Passionate about electronics considering the reputation of college, I opted for B.Tech in electronics engineering. Quality of teaching is generally good. Professors are well versed in their fields. but, some might not be up to our likings, which is quite normal in engineering colleges. But, most of the teachers here are quite friendly n will give u right guidance. some part of Curriculum is updated according to industry standard.

For open category, fees is almost 85,000-90,000 rupees per year. For OBC, 45,000-50,000 per yr. for SC and ST, it is quite low 15000 rs and 5000 rs respectively. Most of the courses are worth it. Also scholarships are provided, so there is no need to take any educational loan:). Considering the facilities provided by college, value for money is quite good.

College Campus is quite large, 95+ acres of land covered with excellent biodiversity, it is quite refreshing. environment is outstanding. College is situated in Vishrambagh which is exactly placed between Sangli and Miraj. Campus has everything needed for nice time. Club activities, events and other co-curricular are arranged regularly. Seniors are quite friendly and engaging. Teachers are gr8, support staff is really supporting:) Campus and Sangli city is quite safe n inclusive.

My experience in WCE is quite good and enriching. Made some good friends. Student crowd here is excellent. Campus life is engaging. Do consider this gr8 college, if u have get good entrance marks. Hoping to see u soon :-)

College infrastructure is very good. There are separate buildings for each department. Each classroom has a projector. All the labs are well maintained and libraries have many different facilities like study room, etc.

Curriculum is updated and it includes all recent field development. Faculties are very experienced and teach very nicely. Faculties are of supportive nature and help students in their studies. Overall quality of teaching is good.

Talking about placements many companies come for campus placements every year. Companies for almost every branch come in college. Packages for IT and CSE students is very high and placement percentage is also good.

Fees for open category is nearly 85k per year and according to that facilities provided by college are nice . Computer labs separate for every branch and many other facilities like 24*7 hrs study room, etc.

Campus is spread into very big area and there is a big track and cricket ground, college contain an area having many trees . A saraswati idol is present in campus and a temple lord ganesh is also there.

The college has the best infrastructure that one engineering college must have. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with e learning equipments, the library over here is the best of all full with different varieties of books, the sports facility provided is mediocre. Proper attention is paid over cleaning and hygiene issues.

I am pursuing the degree of Btech in Civil engineering. The quality of teaching is good and most of the academic staff has PhD. The staff is experienced in their respective fields. The syallabus changes frequently and this makes it fit for industrial requirements.

The college is famous for its placements.Every year the placements are nearly 100% for all the branches. The average salary obtained is 5L. Big MNCs as well as mass recruiters also come over here for recruiting the students.

Yes, our college have all the facilities, great infrastructure and equipment. We have digital classroom, wifi, and they all are well maintained. We live at college hostel , they are very clean and maintained.

Our College placement is best. It belongs to one of the highest placement college in Maharashtra. In It almost 90% students placed per year. Highest salary nearly 20 lpa. Average salary 4 lpa approximately.

The fees for b.tech per year for general category is about 1.85 lakh but student can get various scholarships along with it.

We've an healthy campus life full with greenery. the beautiful nature of college always keeps your mood good. The teachers are very much supportive and there is no place for ragging in the campus..in fact seniors may help you more than your mates will do.

Yes, our college is equipped with most of the facilities required for learning. Our classroom is equipped with smart LED white board for learning. It can gets connected to the WiFi available in campus and lessons can be learned online. And yes the campus gets under regular cleanup.

I am studying electrical engineering. The classes are conducted with no delay and syllabus is well completed within time. No, I would say my syllabus is not updated. Even the lectures are not much competitive and attractive. I don't enjoy them personally and studied by my own.

CS and IT students are well placed in our college but for core branches placement is not such good. For cs and it, placement is above 80% but for core it is near to 50% and most of the students of core branch takes it jobs.

I hate this question. I am open category student. I hope you had got the answer. My fees per year is near about 85000 excluding hostel and mess fees. If I take the total it will cost near 125000. And when I see other category students paying just 3000-4000 per year, I feel so bad.

Yes campus like Fe is amazing. I would like to live my campus life one more time and would take some decisions, I haven't. Like I will participate in gathering, sports, music etc. Everything is properly managed and well organised.
