College infrastructure is good each building is neat and clean. All trees and greenery are greatly maintained. Classrooms could me more improved. Internet connection to each building shoukd be improved.
I am studying electronics engineering in ycce and teaching staff is good. Curriculum is updated recently and is enough challenging for students. There should be extra for attention forpoor students in academics.
Placements are ok we all have been aware of it last 2 yrs. 65-70% students were placed last year. Average package of our college placement is 4-5 lakhs for good students. Many companies such as Wipro, Amazon,HCl,etc come for interview in our college.
College has necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment for various activities. Every classroom receives good Wi-Fi. There are a couple of smart boards in college premises. There are also sport center and library. The campus is well maintained and clean. The food here is also hygienic
I am a student here. And i would say that the quality of teaching needs to be improved. Teacher are supporting but majority of them focus only on course completions. Overall teaching environment is good.
Placements are great here and are increasing day by day. The no of companies approaching every year are increasing and not only IT companies but also core companies are coming to the college for placement.
Campus Life here is great with a campus of 14 acres. We get to enjoy various events like YASH AND TECHFEST. Here campus is great and staff is also supportive.
Infrastructure is good, all equipments are upto date. But poor wifi facilities, if you are opting for electrical engineering don't go for 2nd shift because they don't allow classroom to 2nd shift lol..
If you are opting for 2nd shift in electrical, dont expect good faculty at all. Mot of them are either new comers or inexperienced but there are some good faculties too and many of them are worse. You will be like there is no point attainong his/her lecture and i can do it of my own.If you wanna opt for electrical always go for 1st shift
They have intake of over 300-350 and only 80-100 people of the batch gets placed. You can imagine 30-40% of the batch gets placed. I mean if you can't guarantee placement then what's the point of this much intake are you here for making business?. An average guy like me assumes that their curriculum has something different after graduating from here i may be average at academics but i am at the top of the heap when it comes to skills. Sadly YCCE can't give you that.
They charge the fee of over 6.07 lacs for four years and their median ctc is 3.4 lacs. If you can get placement, good for you as i explained earlier 30-40% of the batch gets placed so its upto you. COEP is way way better than this 3rd class college look at their feece and roi you will get the idea.
Good i guess.
Don't go for this trash can that's all i wanna say if you value your career
College has excellent infrastructure for classrooms, libraries and practical lab. Hostel facility also available. Computer labs are many. Playing ground at the back of college. College has very big auditorium
Lecturers are highly qualified..helpful and punctual. They follow very studious and practical learning environment with attractive classroom sessions plus site visits and practicals. Syllabus coverage is in detalied
For Core its quite low but for ITs its best. Each student gets chance to seat in campus placemnent. Many MNCs visits for campus placement ranging from 2.5lacs to 20lacs package. They provide campus recruitment training also
College has good infrastructure, there is separate building for each department and the buildings new almost ,some building which were old has been renovated. Over all college has everything that a good infrastructure institute might have.
The ycce college is autonomous college and it has some really good teachers and staff which make overall academics good. The best about Autonomous is it benifits students to the study which is to date and Which will helpful in job placement.
Placements are good here. Most of students get placed of C.tech ,etc and it. But for core branchs there sightly low chances compared to this three branches.so overall good but still needs to improve a bit here.
Well engineering requires a lot of money and some private colleges even charge upto 20 lakhs. But here in ycce for four years if you are from general category you need to pay approx 5 lakhs. Which okay if compare with other private engineering colleges.
Campus is best thing about ycce. The campus beautifully designed and is very unique. In campus you have 2 canteens which are good. There is general store and also some coffee Houses.Overall A nature friendly campus with lots of greenary everywhere.
Overall good.
Yes it is good. Wifi is available in the campus and it works well. The classrooms are enough to make a good college. They are equipped with smart classes. The college is clean and well maintained. The labs are adequate as well.
I am in third year and pursuing my computer technology degree from this college. The academics are well updated, it's an autonomous college. So if you want to be in nagpur it is a good option as the university of nagpur does not have good name.
The average salary here is around 3.5 lakh per annum. Mostly mass recruitment takes place in college. You can get placed quite easily. The training for placements is provided by college. During the time of covid-19 the college is conducting trainings.
Yes if you like the city and you are not getting any other good college then this is kind of worth.
You can chill and have fun in campus. You will enjoy this aspect of college.
It has the good used infrastructure of many design and house state of art technology to enable the first rate education in the course . The rapid mechanizing and hi tech of engineering required advanced infrastructure
It is good in Academics . There are lot of experienced teacher in our college .they solve our doubts we also have labs and projector which is used while teaching us . There are libraries and which is available for specific period of time
we have good placement in campus recruitment in our college . companies like tech mahindra, persistant ,tcs, wipro smart data . outr ycce is also known for best in autonomous college in placement and training recruitment.
yes, well maintaned infrastructure, each department have separate building and separate laboratories and workshop for experiencing every detailed study for every student. also, there is video projector and loudspeaker provided in each classrooms. there is common libraries for all students with separate section wise and department wise books are available, national &international magazines and project reports was available in the libraries. indoor and outdoor sports facility provided by college.
i was studied civil engineering in that college from 2008 to 2012, there is very good experience of learning. quality of teaching was very good, all faculties are very educated and very cooperate to students and arrange all facilities which was need to study advancely. regular seminars and study projects are organised by college. yes, there is very big opportunity to make curriculum outstanding.
placement quality was very good, there is so many national and multi nationals companies make available for interview. if we talk about percentage might be more than 50% students are placed and the highest package nearly 18-20 Lakhs PY. yes, placement procedure was quite hard but need to that hard because if we want to work in multinational companies , must need very smart and knowledgeable for that value and brand.
college fees at my time was 62K per year no other fees than that. yes, that much amount is worth for studying in that college. because facilities and faculties which was provided by management was very much good. climate was very good and healthy. clealiness also very good. and there is 3 canteen available in college campus with all healthy nutritious food.
college is situated at on separate mountainous place which was a very green and very positive climate. there is only one worst feature like city to college transportation. no any worst features I was found when I studied. there is so many activities engaged by students like bridge making, structure making, quize competition, paper presentation, study project, guest lectures, yes, student-teachers bonding is very good each faculty solve any kind of problems like academic and personal.
nowadays, whenever i remember college or the subject comes up, only memories come and a smile appears on my face. and i hope that those days will come back to life. because those days in college are truly unforgettable moments in life. we don't know when those friends will meet again but in their memory we live our whole lives. i miss my college days.
My college has good infrastructure but it lacks in terms of facilities and equipment a lot. Wifi is not really good but it is there, also there is huge problem of water management and toilets are not hygiene. We students had to ask for dustbins but the request is yet to be fulfilled.
I am studying in computer technology branch at 6th sem. From the very early age i had interest in computers and all technology behind it. But the teaching quality is not even near to good. It feels more like exam centric than getting knowledge of today's world. Off course there are few exceptions in teacher who teaches a lot better but rest of poor teaching overshadow it. The Curriculum is better than any regular computer science branch but it is yet so far from job-ready material.
Ycce is known for huge number placements from very long time. Quality of those placements are good in my opinion. roughly 70% students from IT & CT branches get placed in some companies. Last year the highest package was 7.3 lakh (approx). Average salary for students might be near 20-25k but the placement process is so painful and restrictive. College does not try to support but rather forces to take part in necessary as well as unnecessary programs , events ,etc.
Ycce charges 1.25 lakh for a year. Honestly it's not worth to spend this much ammount for the service you will get in this college. Main reason being the annoying interference of the college staff (not only teacher but management, training and placement dept.) In your college life. It makes more difficult to choose your career.
Best feature of campus being the good library and good variety of food. And worst feature being the location as well as value of students. Students can enjoy a good quality of food and there are several good lawns to sit and relax. Sometimes there are activities like blood donation or competitions which is good. But teacher staff is very ignorant , it mostly does not respond to any request made by students and if students try to complain at higher authorities , then teachers take it immaturely.
Personally, the college has great potential but the current scenario is very poor. It is not worth to spending huge amount to just follow orders and student's opinion means nothing to this college. So I suggest not to think of this college if you don't like arrogance and idiotic people giving you orders with no option to deny.
WI-FI is available in our college . All the lab are very good and contain all the facilities . Classroom are also good . The library is also good and consist of all the books related to our course . Hostel are good , and college canteen is also good . Food served in canteen is also good . Medical facility are available near the hostel . Sports and game are also available , and various tournament are held in college .
quality of teaching is very good because of upto maximum faculty are phd holder and very experienced faculty . and our curriculum is up to date with advance elective subject are there for student . Faculty is very helpful in clearing doubt of students .
Almost 95% of the students from college placed in previous year . Global logic , media ocean and persistent are some of the top recruiting companies for our college . Many student from our college got internship opportunities in companies like nine technology and many other
Special facilities for financially unstable students are also provided like scholarship .
The college life is Amazing because of constant event organized by every department and yearly college event . Student crowd is totally great .
Best college of nagpur for engineering graduation .
YCCE college has a minimum attendance requirement usually around 75% and a process for requesting condonation of absences due to medical reasons.Write a letter to the college authorities explaining your medical situation and requesting consideration for your attendance shortage.
If they accept your request then ot is possible that they wont give detention if you have proof of it.but still college will impose consequences depending on the specific college policy and severity of your attendance shortage.
With a 76.6 percentile and an ST category rank of 5793, you may have a chance of getting Computer Science in YCCE Nagpur or Ramdeobaba College, but it largely depends on the specific cutoffs for these institutions and the overall demand for CS seats during the admission process.
1. YCCE Nagpur: The cutoff for CS may vary each year, but typically, it can be competitive. You should check the previous year's cutoff trends to gauge your chances.
2. Ramdeobaba College: Similar to YCCE, this college also has fluctuating cutoffs based on demand and availability.
It's best to keep an eye on the official admission announcements and reach out to the colleges for the most accurate information regarding seat availability and cutoffs. You might also want to consider applying to other colleges as a backup option.
