Eligibility Criteria (UG & PG) of Carpet and Textile Technology
For the Carpet and Textile Technology Undergraduate Course –
The minimum requirement for a candidate’s eligibility in this course is the marks card of the 10+2 Examination with a 50% aggregate. If not, any diploma in the field of Textile Engineering or Textile Chemistry is also compatible with the eligibility into the course. Some universities admit candidates based on their performance in entrance exams.
For the Post Graduate Course in Textile Technology –
For the PG course, a B.Tech degree in any field of engineering, with an aggregate of 55% of the total marks, is adequate for admission. Some universities also consider the marks of GATE for admission.
