30th september is the last date for filling IPU counselling and I belong to EWS category but I'll get my certificate in october. What can i do now?

Hello student in this case you need to fill the counseling Form under general category because if you don't have the category certificate to claim your reservation then it'll not work and your counseling might get rejected so it's better to proceed as a general category candidate.
