after an undergrad in management studies, what can i do other than an MBA?

You should rather go for Master in Science of business and administration. MBA is generally meant for people who do not have time for undergraduate in business field like they are from engineering, medical, law etc.
You are undergrad in management, so its good if you complete masters in 5 years.
