NEET is a National level Common Entrance test to get admission in various Medical Colleges in India. Every candidate has to follow certain guidelines issued by NTA. One has to carry Original documents as well as Xerox copy during the time of Counselling process.

at the time of verification you need to have all the original documnets ,
also please carry a seat of photocopy of the same as many time you have to submit the self-assisted copy of the original.

Neet admit card.
Neet score card or Rank Letter
Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
Eight passport size photographs
Provisional Allotment Letter
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
PwD Certificate (if applicable)

When you are called at the specific centre after counselling process, then there you have to go with physical original documents which are required as per the instruction.
Photocopy are not for the physical verification of the document you have to bring your original documents.
