Hello Ravisha,

Being a resident of Punjab, you are only eligible for 85% state quota counselling for MBBS of Punjab state. You cannot participate in any other state counselling unless you have a domicile or have completed class 10th and 12th from that particular state. You can still apply in other states through All India Quota whose counselling rounds have already started. For state counselling, you can only register in Punjab.
