Can i apply ews certificate issued from (delhi) in up state mbbs counseling or it had to isseud by that state Plz help m really confused

Hello Aspirant, yes you can use your EWS certificate issued from Delhi in UP state MBBS counselling, however you will be treated as an out state all india candidate in this case (15% reservation) instead of the 85% home state quota candidature.
Kindly refrain from using fake details on that application.
