Can I do both bsc from ignou and MBBS at a time ? Because I want to become a doctor and I have two options 1 drop and 2 bsc from ignou.

As per your question i do understand your situation.
One can do BSc and prepare for NEET together and it will not be difficult because syllabus is same but only for the first year.
This is only possible if you opt for a normal college which dosen't require compulsory attendance.
