hello , can i do bsc correspondence from IGNOU and btech regular at the same time ? wil both the degreees be valid ?

Hello,
UGC has now allowed students to pursue two degree programs simultaneously but the only condition is one has to be done through distance mode and another through regular mode, as long as this criteria is being followed students can pursue two degree courses simultaneously, hence you can go ahead with your preference of doing the courses.
