AIIMS Patna is alloted by Counseling done by AIIMS Delhi, based on rank in AIIMS entrance exam and category of candidate,Domicile is not a criteria , so it doesn't matter as it is institute of national importance, also your caste should be in central list for sc category to apply to aiims patna.

But the question is whether i am able to take admission through hindi level caste certificate (signed by block as well as sdo) in aiims
