Hi
No, you are not eligible for JEE advanced 2021 examination.
This is because,
Though you have appeared for improvement examination in 2020 your class 12th appearing year still remains 2019.
Now,
One is eligible for JEE advanced examination for a maximum of two consecutive years starting from the year of appearing for 12th board examination.
So,
You being appeared for class 12th exam in 2019 , you were eligible for JEE advanced examination 2019 and 2020 only .
So, you are not eligible for JEE advanced 2021.
For example,
JEE advanced 2021 eligibility criteria says that you must have appeared for your class 12th board examination for the first time in the year 2021 or 2020 and also must have qualified JEE mains 2021. The minimum percentage barrier of 75 % in 12th for general/ews/obc or 65 % in case of sc/st is not applicable for the year 2021,it has been lifted off for this year.
