Indeed, you can do a B.Tech in software engineering and designing system in any of the states subsequent to finishing a recognition in software engineering designing . And also you are eligible to get admission in 2 year of b. Tech cse through lateral entry.
Just you can to fulfill eligibility criteria of the college and course.
It also Vary from college to college, some college can take Entrance exam before admission.

You can take admission as a lateral entry in any Institute as it is hold only for 3 years for diploma holders. There are many institutions that will take lateral entry as you have to full fill their eligibility requirements then you can get the admission.
