Can I take admission in IPU delhi, if I have obc certificate of up? some says it's not valid??

Firslty I like to tell you that please dont worrying on something unless and untill you have done reserach on it . For availing the benefits of obc in GGSipu university , your caste must comes on central obc list if you have state certificate of obc then it will be absoultely valid if for benefits if you are from non-creamylayer(income below 8 lakhs).
