can we exit from first round of counsellingafter taking seat in deemed university and go to first round state quota .Fees 2lakhs will it be returned to me

You can definitely exit from the first round of counselling after getting seat in a deemed university. But talking about the money being returned, in some places they will return but in some places they wont. Majority times you will be getting back your money.
