Can we migrate to Panjab University, Chandigarh campus after 1st year of B.Sc from a different college affiliated to Panjab University?

Migration from one college to other in Punjab University is simple what you need is your migration certificate, character certificate and application regarding your transfer with reason. But transfer to Chandigarh University is tough as many students want this college and thus in 2nd year it is tough for you to get the college.
