Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): All trees are cups – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that the circle representing trees completely lies inside the circle representing cups. So, it can be concluded that all trees are cups.
Conclusion (II): Some cups are trees – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that some parts of the circle representing cups lie outside the circle representing trees while some lie inside. So, it can be concluded that some cups are trees.

So, both conclusions I and II follow. Hence, the third option is correct.
