Gauss's law states that net electric flux diverging normally from a closed surface is equal to 1/Eo times the net charge enclosed by the surface that is the electric flux through a closed surface , just depends on the net charge enclosed in the surface and does not depend the shape or size of the surface.
So electric flux just depends on the net charge inside the closed gaussian surface
