find the centre and radius of the circle 3x2+3y2-2x-1=0

By using  completing the square method we get the equation

(x-1/3) whole square + y square = (2/3)whole square.  The equation of circle is

(x-h)  whole square + (y-k) whole square = (r)square.

by this we can say that the center which is in the form (h,k)  is (1/3,0)  and the radius is (2/3).
