Has anybody till now got about 280 rank in pu ba llb entrance test and still got UILS Chandigarh ?? Did it ever happen

In University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University , there are 120 seats for Ba LLB course. So its not impossible to get into their with 280 ranks, If you belongs to any reserved categories, you might get seat there, but it seems very difficult if you're from general Category. The cutoff of UILS Chandigarh is 360 for general category students .
