The eligibility criteria for CDS is that a candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized board or university.Candidate who are currently in the final year of qualifying exam are also eligible to apply for CDS 2 2020.But you are still in the pre-final year of your graduation which makes you ineligible to apply.You will be eligible to apply when you are in final year.Candidates who cleared backlogs in their graduation can also apply.
