Since you did not mention any information like name of university ,name of entrance exam

But we are assuming that you are talking about upsee counselling ,though upsee 2019 has fixed schedule (date wise) fir different steps of counselling

No ,you can not do anything for this round of counselling since you have missed the date and in each round if counselling beach date is fixed for each step

For 3rd counselling

• Registration and fee payment- 20-21 July 2019

Document verification - 21-22july2019

So you can do document verification in next upcoming date ,hope you understood the information

I would like to inform you that once the deadline for verification has passed , there is no chance that you can verify your documents past deadline. After the deadline has crossed there is no provision or option for you to get your documents Verified. However, for absolute confirmation , you should contact the officials once.
