NIFT are very prestigious institutions. You should try to get some scholarship, if it is possible. Moreover, fashion designing is not so affordable in private colleges too. Yet some colleges with low fees are these:

First of all keep patience and you know you can do everything and as you know during this pandemic there is not possiblity of conducting any entrance exams , If I am right then you are asking fir BDS college with less fee right ? So first of all I will suggest you to work hard for NEETSas you still have lots of time because without any entrance exam you cannot get any college . And once if will score good marks in NEETS then , it will be easy for you to get colleges with less fee .
