hello sir/ madam, according to the previous stats, if one gets 110 out of 200 in WBJEE,then will it be enough to get electrical stream in Jadavpur University for a general category student? (if it is tough to say anything, then please give me an idea about my standings with that marks.)

If we go through the cutoffs of Jadavpur University then for general category candidates at least 400 to 450 rank is required to get seat in Electrical Engineering. Now if we check the Marks vs ranks Statistics of WBJEE of few years then at least 145 Marks is required to get a rank within the above mentioned range. To be on safe side, try to score around 150 Marks as the cutoffs vary every year depending on various factors.
