Hii can i change my college in 3rd year engineering is it possible. I dont want to change the university only college

No it is not possible to change you college in 3rd year.
Other than normal 1st semester admissions, in india we have an option of lateral entry in engineering. But through lateral entery a student can get admission into 2nd year only.
A diploma student can get a lateral entry into 2nd year and also a student of one college can get admission to 2nd year of other college through lateral entry.
Rest you can reach out to the authorities of your university and ask them about the same if this is possible but to the best of my knowledge, there is no such option.

I did my diploma and then got admission in direct second but due to travelling issue i want to change it.if the college that i want to go is giving me the seat in 3rd yr then is it possible?

if the college is allowing you to join in 3rd year then ofcourse it is possible.

It totally depends on the Authorities weather they accept the change of college or not.
