I want to change my engineering college now asap. Is it possible

You can only change your Engineering college, if you give the entrance test for other college and qualify it but you will have to start from the first year onwards. Or you can apply for lateral entry in other college if you want to continue from 2nd year. You cannot change your college in the middle of the session.
