I am from karnataka I want join MIT Manipal, it's possible to me? And I completed Diploma in civil engineering. How can I join MIT?

Hello Hareesh. In order to join MIT you will have to join from direct second year since you have completed your diploma. You will have to give an entrance exam for that which is Manipal Entrance Exam (MEE) the link about the details, syllabus, exam date have been provided below.
