I am from west Bengal and in neet application form in 15% state of eligibility I filled west Bengal. Am filling it correctly ?? should I eligible for all India counselling for any other colleges in India???

Yes, you have done it correctly. In the 15% all India quota eligibility, you need to fill your state name. And you should have a domicile certificate.


Yes, you are eligible for other colleges too. The 85% seats are filled with the state quota but there are 15% seats reserved for students qualifying the entrance exam, through their merits. So, yeah, you are eligible and can take a seat in other state also.
