NEET ELIGIBLITY
- The candidate must have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December, 2018 i.e. the year of his/her admission to the 1st year M.B.B.S./B.D.S. Course
- Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) & Foreign Nationals are eligible for appearing in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG), 2018
- There will be no maximum age limit for NEET 2018 as per theSC order passed on March 31, 2017.
- The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-technology at the qualifying examination.
- For candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology taken together in qualifying examination must be minimum 40%
- Further, for persons for locomotor disability of lower limbs, the minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required.
- The candidates appearing for Class XII examination in 2017 can also appear for the entrance test provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later.
AIIMS MBBS eligibility
- Candidates should have qualified 12th board or equivalent examination of 10+2 education system recognised by AIIMS Delhi.
- They should have also studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as mandatory subjects in their 10+2 level.
- In addition to the above conditions, candidates belonging to General and OBC categories should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of aforesaid subjects and those belonging to SC, ST and OPH categories should have obtained at least 50%.
- Candidates should have completed a minimum of 17 years of age as on December 31
JIPMER ELIGIBLITY
- Candidate must be an Indian national/Overseas citizens of India
- Candidates must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete the same on or before December 31
- There is no maximum age limit
- A candidate appearing in JIPMER MBBS must have mandatory passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in Biology/Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry, including practical classes) with English as elective subject as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT)
- Candidates belonging to unreserved/General category must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English with at least 50% marks taken together in all the subjects.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English with at least 40% marks taken together in all the subjects.
- OPH candidates in belonging to General category must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English with at least 45% marks taken together in all the subjects
