this year electrical engineering questions was easier from previous years, so chances of high cutoff is expected. now as per previous years cutoff you have chances in nits like nit durgapur, nit sikkim, nit bhopal, nit harimpur etc.

for new iits, iit guwahati, iit patna, iit varanasi has decent chances.
