I am late for addmision 1st round is over so I can apply for 2 ND round or not

Hi purvai.
Yes you can apply for the second counseling round even if you failed to attend or apply for the first .
But already in first round many seats must have been occupied . So must choose wisely at the time of 2nd round.
But hope for the best .
