I am participating csab counseling but not allow to College in first rounds I exit the counseling my fee is not refunding

Dear aspirant,
The csab counselling charges a fee of 2000 and you need to pay 35000 in addition to that if you are a general /obc/ews category student or 17000 for sc/st category student.
But if you didn't get a seat in the csab round then you will be refunded after a deduction of 2000 from the fee within 1 week from the day when the counselling ends.
