I am studying in Msc 1st year .. can I give my first attempt for UPSC CSE while studying in my post graduation ?am I eligible or not?

Absolutely you are eligible to give your first attempt of UPSC CSE as you are aware that UPSC allows the candidate of 21 years holding a graduation degree in any stream to sit in this examination and compete with the crowd coming from all over the India.
