I applied for MA From IGNOU. IN 2016 AND VALIDITY OF COURSE IS 2021.TILL NOW I NEVER GAVE ANY ASSIGNMENT.

No, you do not need to cancel your admission in IGNOU. IGNOU's courses are distance courses, which means you do not have to attend classes regularly. You can use the time saved to complete your 2018 course.
The only challenge facing you is to balance two workloads at the same time.
