I can Diploma In Mechanical Branch but i try to btech in Computer branch this option right And Wrong in future.

Dear Aspirant,

What you have studied in diploma does not matter as in BTech, the syllabus of first year is same as polytechnic's third year. However, from second year of the BTech, the respective trades are taught to the students. So if you admitted in Btech after your diploma as Lateral Entry, you will not find any academical problems.

However, if are unsure about CS, then I suggest if you think that you are not doing good in ME, or you don't like ME, or you are looking for a sure shot at job, then CS is the branch for you. Almost all CS students get placed from all the colleges across the country.
