Hope you are doing great. The career prospects can be improved by pursuing GNM and, subsequently, a B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course. The salary opportunities for GNM graduates in India are slightly better than those for ANM graduates despite being one point higher. Graduates of GNM can find employment as staff nurses, home nurses, health visitors, and community health workers. Graduates of ANM and GNM programmes have lots of opportunities both domestically and abroad.
