I did not pay fee in josaa 1 round councling so can I able to participate in josaa 2 and 3 forther round councling sir please give answer

Dear student,
If you got alloted any seat in josaa round 1 counselling, then you can either freeze or float or slide your seat.
Now if you have chosen freeze then that means you have accepted the seat and this is your final seat and you will not participate in further round of josaa counseling. Then you have to submit your documents, upload you photo or signature and pay the seat acceptance fees. After that you will get a provisional admission.
Now if you have chosen float or slide option, then that means that you have accepted your seat but you want an upgradation of your seat in other institute or same institute respectively. Then also you have to pay the seat acceptance fees and upload the documents and photos. Then you will be eligible for further josaa rounds.
So, if you have got seat and you have accept it but didn't paid the seat acceptance fees, then you will not be eligible for further rounds and you current seat will be cancelled.
