I got 204 rank in pgecet.I am from civil engineering stream.will i get JNTU for transportation engineering stream

Congratulations on getting good rank in PGECET, But with this rank it is hard to get seat in JNTU Hyderabad, because the competation is very tuff and your rank little high than the university cut-off. But you will get seat for this branch in top colleges, so don't worry about but keep a try on university seat on counselling. All the Best for your Future.
