Hello Neha,
Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement.
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. But you can get BDS seat in private colleges in 400 or more marks.

College Predictors – Know your College Admission Chances Based on your ...
hope this will help you a lot.
thank you
Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . See the exact cut-off this year can't be predicted until and unless the AIQ counselling and respective State Counselling results are announced .But it will be easier to predict your chances of getting selected into your desired course if you could kindly mention your All India Rank . As far as the last year AIQ cut-off is concerned for admission into BDS for EWS category , it was a closing AIR of 89847 in ESIC Dental College ,Gulbarga . This year too it's expected that the cut-offs will be somewhat similar to previous year cut-offs . So with a score of 429 I beleive your AIR is above 1.5 lakhs and your chances of admission into BDS through AIQ seem to be grim .
But you can definitely try for other courses if you wish to be it MBBS or BDS from private colleges or Ayush .You will have a fair idea of your chances of selection into the above mentioned courses by visiting the link provided below :
