I got 63 percentile. I belong to sc category. can i get any nits or iits with this percentile

You will not get on this basis.This percentile "63 percentile" is quite low to get any nit, iit, iiit, or any other good college. I recommend you to work hard in September attempt so that you can get good percentile which will be helpful to get admission in good college.
