I got a seat in self financing college in TN Govt quota. If I attend TN Management quota counseling will it impact my chances in next round

yes, it will definitely put an impact on your seat if you have got the confirm seat in any of the college, your seat can only be upgraded, in counselling. But, if you will apply for management quota, your pre-allotted seat will be null.
