Masters in Psychology degrees can take the form of either a Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MSc)
An MSc degree is likely to be more focused on research and the sciences, while an MA may be more focused on the arts and humanities aspects of psychology.
Most of the reputed universities demand for students having honours in Psychology, or atleast have studied Psychology as a subject in graduation
Some of the universities also demand a minimum of 50% marks in graduation. The admission is either merit-based or entrance-based.

You can check the eligibility criteria of the college you want but for example in Delhi university 50% seats are reserved for students who do bachelor's in that college and want to study masters and they get admitted easily.
But for many universities the criteria is different so you can simply give entrance test and pursue the course.
