No, you cannot you the photographs in which your ears are not visible.
This is because,
NTA has clearly mentioned in its guidelines that in your photos your ears should be visible. Here are some important points regarding your passport size photograph and post card size photograph
- your photographs must be taken on or after 01.01.2021 and preferably mentioning the name of the student and the date on which the photograph was clicked - post card photo and passport size photo.

you shouldn't be wearing any cap or goggle

at least 80% face coverage should be there in your photographs
your ears should be visible
the background should be white.
