I have a score of 739 and rank 1577 in gate 2019 mechanical engg. what would be the best option for me with this rank and score?

You should have applied for PSUs .If not then still there a few PSUs like CEL and RITES whose applications are open.You may apply there.You should apply for those PSUs which are taking their own entrance examination.
Almost all the states in India have government jobs opening for core branch,you may apply there also.
If you want you can go for higher studies like Mtech/Ms/PHD at IITs you can go for that.With your score you can get older IITs like kanpur,kharagpur,roorkee.
If you have intrest in management then you can apply at NITIE mumbai for PGDM in industrial engineering like courses.
