I have an old obc certificate.Can I use it to fill CAT 2019 form and then produce a recent certificate at the time of document verification?

If your Obc certificate has expired then you have to renew it first then you will be able to apply for CAT because during documents verification it will create problem for you. I hope you get answer to your query
